Lavender Fields

Dusk Landscape in Oil Pastel

Oil Pastel on Paper

The horizon. It does more for the body than you could possibly dream. In a world that narrows in to what is right in front of them, our bodies crave the long drawn landscapes that remind us how vast the world is. Put down the phone, close the laptop, look past the screens and notice how the simple line of the horizon can bring you back into this moment.

This painting is a reminder to look up and look out. Let the big picture come in. It will do you a world of good.
