The Source Sessions are a guided 1:1 mentoring experience designed to help you reclaim your creativity, align your work with who you are, and address blocks that affect all areas of life. This isn’t just coaching for projects or business—it’s a deeper exploration of your energy, your body, your cycles, and your sense of self.
During Your Sessions You’ll:
Identify and work through blocks that hold back your creativity
Explore your natural cycles, creative energy, and chakras
Align your work, business, and daily life with who you are
Reclaim your sense of self during life transitions, including postnatal changes
Release perfectionism and reconnect with play, curiosity, and inspiration

For mamas on a budget, one scholarship session is offered per month.

In my experience creative coaches are for those who are practicing an art form already and looking to expand it into a fulfilling job. That could be a part of our work together but I’m more interested in how creative blocks ripple into your life, not just projects.
I want to talk about energy work and perhaps guide you through some practices I know or provide you with resources to the experts. To walk through cycles–yours, nature, etc. Explore the sacral chakra so we can understand how important creativity is in our lives.
I offer a holistic, embodied approach combining practical strategies, spiritual guidance, and creative experimentation. In less woo-woo terms, I’m here to hear you out and help you create a personalized roadmap back to yourself.
All sessions are 60 minutes. I’m also always available by email if things come up before or after our calls.
Single session: perfect if you need clarity, guidance, or a creative reset.
Package: ideal if you want deeper transformation, sustained creative flow, or support during life transitions.
You are creative. You were born an artist even if you never “produce” something. The notion that you aren’t creative is a societal construct that allows those in power to hold power over you. By learning about your creative spark, igniting it, and tending to it, you take back your power and have the potential to make radical change. I like to call it creative rebellion.

My approach is accessible and grounded. Practices like meditation, breathwork, and creative exercises are optional and tailored to each participant.
Spiritual conversation is available for those who want it, but sessions are practical and results-focused as well.
Basically, I wouldn’t call myself “woo-woo”, but there is definitely some “woo”.

3-session package: $1025 and includes a custom 8×10 Portal Painting created based off your story and your creative flow. ($225+ savings)

(Not a literal roadmap although you’re welcome to draw one yourself, what a great creative project!) And for those who choose the 3-pack, you’ll also get a custom painting to hang in your space reminding you of the creative person you are. (Sent after our sessions are over).
