Many women who walk into these workshops have the same belief “I’m not an artist.” But I’m here to prove you wrong. You were born an artist and somewhere along the road someone talked you out of that truth. It could have been a teacher, a parent, or even yourself, but you knew as a child that you were an artist and it’s time to remember that part of you.
These workshops are more than just putting brush to paper or making something pretty (although we do all that) by picking up a paintbrush you will tend to your parasympathetic nervous system, your mental health, and lower your cortisol levels and blood pressure.

Beyond the fun of painting, the workshop helps communities tap into their collective creative fire, and strengthen collaboration in their community. You will leave energized, inspired, and connected — with new more creative tools to practice outside of this workshop either in community or on your own.
Bring EveryonE Together
A 2-hour hands-on workshop designed to spark imagination, release stress, and foster connection among groups of friends or team members. Participants explore their creativity in a playful, collaborative environment.
2–30 participants per workshop. The cost of the workshop is based on the number of people after 6.
Gouache paints are a water based paint, which means the wash out of clothes. So wear anything that’s comfortable and makes you feel confident!
Workshops in the greenhouse: Be sure to wear layers as the temperature can change. Also bug spray in summer and fall months is never a bad idea!
Private workshops start at $500 for up to 6 participants at your home or space. For larger groups or with an included venue, please reach out for a quote.
3 hours total to allow for setup, workshop time, and take-down.
