While in Santa Barbara, California, I found myself mesmerized once again—watching pelicans glide over the waves at sunset, diving headfirst into the water for their final catch of the day.

**To ensure the longevity of your piece please frame right away. Natural light and exposer to air or water are the enemy of artwork. A glass frame (as opposed to plastic) is always preferred. Choose a spot on the wall out of direct sunlight. To ensure your investment holds, I suggest framing with a professional framer or with framebridge who will seal the back of the frame to keep it from getting contaminated with dust, water, or anything else that could damage your painting.
