Brand in Bloom is a guided experience that moves between creative exploration and strategic clarity, held in a garden oasis surrounded by horses, designed to inspire and breathe.

Archetypes
Through guided creative exercises with Katie, you'll uncover the deeper personality of your brand and your ideal client — not through demographics, but through how people actually think, feel, and connect. We work with the 12 core archetypes, and this is as much an intuition practice as a strategy session.
Brand Strategy
Lana will layer the archetype clarity you've uncovered by helping you translate it into a concrete strategic framework: how your brand shows up in the market, how you communicate your value, and how you build an integrated approach that genuinely attracts the right people, without looking and sounding like everyone else.

Katie is the artist and creative force behind Modern Magic art studio, and she brings more than just art to this room. With over 10 years of experience in marketing management and brand direction for small businesses, she knows the specific pressures and disconnection that come with building something of your own. Her work bridges the intuitive and the strategic, using archetypes as a lens to help business owners understand not just who their audience is, but why they connect, what they crave, and how to speak directly to that.
Katie leads the archetype exploration in this workshop—the part that gets underneath the surface and into the real identity of your brand.
Lana P. McClure
Lana is a Strategy Director who has shaped innovation, strategy and brand experience design for global Fortune 500 names to ambitious small businesses. She’s the logic side of this workshop; taking what the archetype work reveals and turning it into a clear, actionable brand strategy. She specializes in helping business owners articulate what they stand for, who they’re talking to, and how to build brands that add value because they’re grounded in truth, not trend.
Lana leads the strategy half of the workshop—the part that makes clarity concrete and gives you a real plan to walk out with.
