Think grabbing tea with an old friend who asks the right questions and actually gets it. No fluff, no magic spells, no reading your future. Just honest conversation about where you are, what’s blocking you, and how to move forward.
I’m not a coach (there are plenty of those). I’m a guide. You’ll do the work, but I’ll help you see what you might be missing, ask questions that cut through the noise, and share tools and resources I’ve learned on my own messy journey back to myself.

Your creative energy — This is your confidence, your spark, the part of you that knows what you want. When it’s flowing, life feels easier. When it’s blocked or empty, everything feels hard. We’ll figure out where yours is stuck and how to get it moving again!
Your foundation — You can’t create from chaos. We’ll look at what’s draining you (time, energy, shoulds) and what actually makes you feel safe and secure enough to show up fully.
Your next step — Whether that’s a business decision, a creative project, or just figuring out who you are right now, we’ll get clear on what you actually want (not what you think you should want) and how to move toward it.

Matrescence is no joke. Your identity shifted, your energy changed, and somewhere along the way you might’ve lost yourself. I’ve been there. We’ll talk about this transformation, give you permission to go slow, and help you reconnect with your creative spark when you’re ready (usually 9-12 months postpartum, but everyone’s different).

One hour together—in-person or virtually, just us, no pressure.
Source Sessions are limited to 3 Clients per month and 1 monthly scholarship provided to someone who needs it.
My Journey
I’ve had five different jobs in high school alone. I’ve been made fun of for how many career paths I’ve taken. But every single one taught me something, and they all led me here.
I’ve spent 10+ years in marketing. I’ve become a mother and lost myself in matrescence. I’ve rebuilt my identity more times than I can count. My whole way of thinking starts and ends with energy—moving through the chakras, honoring cycles, holding onto something spiritual (whether that’s religion, rituals, or your own thing—zero judgment).
My goal has always been to become a wise woman. This is me sharing whatever wisdom I’ve gathered along the way. Your journey won’t look like mine, but I can help you start the journey home to yourself.
