Eostre: Goddess of The Dawn

This Western Germanic goddess brings the season the dawn or the spring as the provider or new light, hope, and growth. Eostre is not only where we get the name Easter but many of the traditions celebrated around this time of year. A time of new life when the Christ has risen or the earth transforms from the death of winter into the life of summer. In honor of the year of the Rabbit (2023) I created this piece as a ethereal representation of the life and magic all around us. A daily reminder that there is always hope and that new life is simply a season away.
